Do you know that:
the new National Water Bill is nearing its date of parlimentary approval and that it will then change to an Act to which we all have to comply?
that the environment, especially the aquatic and riparian environments, are know considered to have certain rights regarding water use and that this environmental right must be protected?
that biological monitoring of all aquatic habitats will be required by the Bill (or Act) for certain permit requirements and also for the National River Health Program currently running in each province?
that the health of the river can be determined by various fast and inexpensive biological indicators and indexes other than normal chemical and microbial analyses?

If you are serious about the conservation of the aquatic environments on your wildlife farm, nature reserve or other similar property, then you are welcome to contact me for further information. Providing that you are able to give me sufficient information over the telephone or -e-mail, I would be able to give a rough estimate on what is required for your purposes as well as a cost estimate, prior to actually visiting your property for the first time.
